Community Education Foundation help New Zealand kids under five living in hardship to reach their full potential and provide the opportunities and resources to help children and families to get what they suppose to have in today’s New Zealand modern societies.
Inspired by American Head Start Programme and Early Head Start Programme and based on our experience in Te Whāriki. We provide New Zealand Kids under five in need to improve their growth and health, learning, family circumstances, environment and safety while engaging parents as partners every step of the way so the children have the best start of their life. We provide qualified teachers visits, learning resources, living essentials such as food and basic needs, budgeting service, family counseling, individualised help based on needs.

Early Intervention Programme
Early Intervention programs provide family-centered services for low-income families with very young children. These programs are designed to promote the development of the children, and to enable their parents to fulfill their roles as parents and to move toward self-sufficiency.
