Community Education Foundation supports New Zealand Families to nurture their children and provide the opportunities and resources to help children and families to get what they suppose to have in today’s New Zealand modern societies.

Our service will take a holistic approach on how to achieve the best possible outcome for the children and the families. From their basic needs such as food to early childhood education.

Our activities, projects and programs

HIPPY

Hippy is a home-based programme that supports parents to be involved in their children's learning.

Parents help their children to develop cognitive skills including language, problem solving, logical thinking, percepetual and other school readiness skills. All HIPPY activities can be linked to learning outcomes in the early childhood curriculum framework, Te Whaariki, or the New Zealand Curriculum Framework for primary schools.

We have a range of books and resources for children and our visiting staff can deliver them to your door if travel is a barrier for you to access these for your children.

We run free activities for children where you can interact with other parents and discover resources in your own community.
