Active Me Programme
Active me programme is made of series of physical activies classes including yoga class, fun dancing exercise classes that involve both parents and children. The classes are delivered both online and face to face. The classes are delivered in both Mandarin and English to accommodate language needs.
Learn me programme is made of series of workshops focused on understanding of the child development in different ages and how to parenting children in different ages. It also consists of workshops about New Zealand history, New Zealand culture, Road safety and road code for Asian families to engage into NZ society and community. The programme also have workshops on health eating.
Volunteer me
Volunteer me programme is to focuse on encourage Asian families to do volunteer work in the community. The programme is main goal is to connect people and give people sense of purpose and reconnect people back into the community after prolonged lockdown.
